Juan Loreto, originally a marine from Venezuela and now rooted in North Carolina, has been in the roofing industry for over fifteen years. He met Matt Hollandsworth, a seasoned roofing professional from Virginia, while working on projects across the Carolinas and Virginia. Insurance Claims Made Simple
File Your Claim
After storm damage, contact your insurance provider to open a claim. But before you do, schedule an inspection with our team—so you’ll have a full damage report ready when the adjuster arrives.
Adjuster Meeting
We coordinate directly with your insurance adjuster and meet them onsite to ensure all damage is accurately documented and fairly evaluated.
Insurance Estimate
Once approved, you’ll receive a detailed estimate from your provider outlining the scope of work and coverage, including roofing, gutters, siding, and more.
First Payment
Your insurance will issue a first check (minus your deductible and depreciation). We’ll get to work as soon as this initial payment is received.
Roof Work Begins
We schedule your roof replacement or repair. Materials are delivered, crews arrive on time, and your roof is rebuilt with premium craftsmanship.
Final Payment & Warranty
After completion, we invoice your insurer so they can release the final depreciation payment. You receive a “Paid in Full” invoice—plus our labor warranty for total peace of mind.
